The employees and boss at this location cheated us out of money. They had 1 week to fix the problem but didn't make it right before we closed on our house. They were working as our closing company and didn't take care of us. When they were called out they basically told us too bad we don't care that it is costing you more money every day. We will NEVER use them again and suggest that others don't. These people give other title companies a bad name.

Jodee Micheletti is an idiot!! She didn't put my wife on our cabin title which cost us another $97.00 plus we both took off of work my wife's name was on the bank loan but not on the title. As we closed she forgot that we needed to sign another document so we have to drive back from our cabin & sign a rather important document, she also had a very smart mouth to my wife another big mistakes. 3 strikes your out. I wouldn't even give her .25 of a star. Run from this person Jodee who owns this company.Very disgusted & very unsatisfactory work & business ethics!!!!! JEFF & CYNDI HANCOCK
