But every time I walk in they match me up with somebody who spends time with me to make sure that all my questions are answered. We would highly recommend Northern Abstract to everyone that's buying or selling! We sold our house, "for sale by owner" and also bought from "for sale by owner", so there wasn't a realtor to do all of the paperwork. Tim and Sherry helped with all of the paperwork and scheduling for both closings. They were always there with a smiling face to answer every single question we had and helped us get through any road blocks that we ran into. I truly can't say enough good about them! They have the best customer service and always communicate with the buyers/sellers throughout the process. You won't be disappointed when using Northern Abstract!
