Feedback:

Internet worked fine for years then all of a sudden problem after problem. They switched my plan to there new faster service. Not faster at all by the way in fact it's slower. I was told the new plan is cheaper but it wasn't. The new modem drobs connection to devices constantly requiring you to put your password in almost daily. Outages have become a constant daily thing. When you call to report Providence all I ever hear is there is an outage in your area and will hopefully be up soon. Think it's time to just switch to a hot spot.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes now about their internet going out. They expect my bill on time. I expect them to answer their phone for service issues. Is this really that hard of a concept?

WiFi went out for no reason directly in the middle of a very important TIMED assignment!!! I can’t even reach Northland cable on the phone. This is ridiculous!

Got my bill in mail yesterday and it had gone up almost10$ from last month!! This is just ridiculous!! Since opening my account it has went up over 20$. I am very unhappy with them!!

Very bad scheduling services. They didn't get back with me twice. I finally got a schedule for installation. Than they showed up late. I wish we have an alternative in town. Later on I ungraded to fiber optic network. It was fast when it is working. But it has many network down time. It is bad enough to make you regret to do business with them when you try to call them to find out what is going on and no one answered. I wouldn’t have given them a one star if they have someone to answer the phone.

Had someone hack into my bank account so while I was waiting for the money to be returned my internet was turned off . Called northland and was told my balance is 86 dollars but to have my internet back on they charge a 75 dollar reconnect fee ! Wth !. The lady told me I have to pay 192 to turn my.internet back on hours are slow at work so I dont have 200 dollars to shell out !! I wanted to pay half and the next half when I get paid again but was told I would have to " talk to a manager " I can pay the 86 but to charge a 75 reconnect fee is ridiculous!! If I knew that charge I would have went without internet !!

Worst customer service ever I had fraud on my checking account and they were not able to work with being able to take a check payment even though I couldn’t present them with a debit card they said that they had to wait till after the payment was made and process to restore my service this is ridiculous I’m going through a personal situation and they are definitely making it worse by not being able to work with their customers.
