Literally the worst internet provider there is in the country. They take advantage of being to only provider in the area and charge you way more for the slowest internet possible. Literally if any other provider came into the area they would shut down within the matter of months. If u can avoid using this internet provider, please do at all costs.

I have had good service with this company. I have had their service for a few years now. I do utilize my own router, but they assisted me in setting it up. Pricing has come down a bit since a land line is no longer required. Just spoke to a representative to have some billing items changed. The conversation with their representative was pleasant and they were helpful.

Literally anyone who gives NCC a good rating, works for them. NCC is the most horrible Cable and ISP in the country. Overpriced because they can, taking advantage of being the only provider in the area, so they charge you a small fortune for jumpy channels, and routers that were built out of legos from 5 year olds. Good luck getting a tech out. I'm on my 3rd router in a year, and guess what? Just went out. Again. Save your money. If Comcast or a big cable company & ISP came to this area, NCC would be shut down within a month. Absolutely garbage.
