The person who answered the phone seemed unsure how to help me, and I waited for the police for hours. I called back and asked for a supervisor and was treated like my problems didn’t matter, and was being talked down to. I feel my problem was handled in a very unprofessional manner especially by someone who claimed to be a supervisor!
