I don't think this is a real company. It took a month and a half for them to figure out if I had fiber and I can see the fiber box in front of my house.

PSA:For your sake please do not do business with NTS representative Keith Varnado or the company as a whole for that matter. I switched my service to NTS the summer of 2017 agreeing to pay out a full year contract even though I only intended to be open through the end of the year. After paying for a year of services, I find myself locked into a 3 year contract unbeknownst to me. As a 19 year old female business owner, I had been taken advantage of. After working with the company I was unable to get out of this contract. I have tried contacting the Hammond, LA manager as well as the representative and instead of hearing from them personally, I now have debt collectors calling me to settle thousands of dollars worth of services that I never received. To protect my credit, I paid $800 of this as a first installment and will be expecting it back. To whom it may concern, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing a refund for anything over the year contract price I initially agreed upon.

I do not recommend any business to have a service contract with this company. Do not EVER sign a multi-year contract. Any multi-year contract with this company will definitely keep you in a bind. Their service is horrible and they will never take any responsibility. Instead, they will ask you to upgrade the service and pay more. I have found their business practice to be the utmost unethical. I have several problems and tried to fix them through the Better Business Bureau to no avail. It is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any businesses.

I loved there Service ..I had my bill exactly what they said it would be NEVER any surprises ! Internet 100 Cable Services 100 !!! I am so upset with myself for switching to Direct TV And AT&T !!! I have to calk them every month with problems

The service is terrible and unreliable. It cuts out all times of the day. The TV service has always been crap, it used to be worse but has gotten better but still no where up to par with charter. The internet was the only good thing because of speeds and reliability, however in the last year that has become untrue. It's fast when it's working and not cutting out.

My pre-tax bill hasn't been correct since I added TV service to my Business Account, in October. I was also charged for the TV service starting on the day that i added it to the account; the technician didn't come to install the equipment until two weeks later. It has been 3 months since I first inquired about the issue and for the past three months I still have yet to receive a correct bill.

We have had NTS since they first came to Hammond and our service has been excellent. Best provider we have ever had. We have cable and internet.

Terrible.. Received my first bill in the mail and it stated delinquent. Paid it and without receiving another my service was disconnected today without warning!! Service is terrible as to corporate and local communication. Internet is not as fast as advertised, especially with the $25 Belkin modem they supply for a fee!!Cable service also of poor quality. I have had to reboot over 10 times in roughly 4 months.

I can't comment on the internet because we never were able to get it. There communication was horrible though. They told us someone would be coming to check the place on the 3rd and then they would call us to make the appointment for installation. Waited a few days after the 3rd without a call from them and then called them and they said they would be here on the 9th to install it. I call back today to see what time and my sales agent tells me Monday now but then I called the local office to see what they can do and they tell me "oh we can't even service your building" I don't understand why they couldn't have called and let me know last week after the person came out so I could go ahead and get another ISP to my place.
