I bought Nuance 17. Due to some crashes of Windows I could not uninstall the program. After a few new installatins my license was blocked. Now I have a program that is completely useless for me.Nuance Germany has also refused to reactivate the licenses.It's just a mess, never, never nuance again!Ich habe Nuance 17 gekauft. Durch einige abstürze von Windows konnte ich das Programm nicht deinstallieren. Nach einigen neuinstallatinen wurde meine Lizenz gesperrt. Nun habe ich ein Programm das für mich volkommen unbrauchbar ist. Auch Nuance Deutschland hat sich geweigert die Lizen wieder zu aktivieren.Es ist einfach eine Sauerei, nie, nie wieder Nuance!

Poor customer service and now...Its such a shame that Nuance have done away with the IOS Dragon Recorder App and replaced it with Dragon Anywhere which is a monthly or Annual subscription. As an Author I was happy using that and now you expect me to fork out more cash? Greedy, very greedy, shame on you.Will be looking around for an alternative and advise others to.
