Upper management @ OSB, leaves something to be desired. It would honestly seem easy to understand that w/out carriers, the banner wouldn't exist.. In the UNFORTUNATE event that you happen to get stuck talking to: Tim Gallagher, Laura Giacusa, or operations manager Mario, pls excuse them, their little pea size brains can't process any sort of intelligence.. So.. Talk slow, don't say things FAST or COMPLEX .. And don't EXPECT them to do anything but talk abt how smart and savvy they are. Just try not to laugh all the way out to ur car!!!
