This is the worst company ever. Some random person rear ended me 2 months ago and my insurance company has been chasing up and trying to get a hold of ANYONE at this place. They’re at fault, and they’re ignoring all calls, emails and faxes from myself and my major insurance company. Its simple, pay out. Otherwise I will have to file a bad faith lawsuit as you not responding promptly to my claim, in addition to misleading me in sending me letters which are trying to pass the buck off to me, the victim. Do not sign up with this horrible company.

Not a good insurance company. I was a customer for a few years util my son get his drivers license. I ask them for a quote and they automatically put him on my insurance without my permission. He was not given and did not drive any of my cars at that time because I believe he was uninsured. I switch to a cheaper family plan with another insurance company when I receive a letter from them demanding payment for his "auto coverage" even thought I did not authorize it. They said it was their policy, My policy was to leave. Do not buy any insurance from any insurance company that forces you to pay insurance that you did not authorize.

I switched my personal and business insurance to them and increased coverages and saved money. Highly recommend them as they are great people to deal with and are very knowledgeable!
