A very nice menu and very friendly service. The patio was holding a private party but given nice weather that would be the preferred location . They even relocated our table to minimize noise - as I said friendly.

We always stay in the old part - very homey. The restaurant has also been always excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The Side Door is a Connecticut gem with top notch jazz entertainment in an intimate atmosphere.

I paid $251.85 w tax for a room with some worn-out wood furniture, a stain in the middle of the bedspread and the sound of highway traffic all night long. Not worth the money by a long shot. I do not recommend it.

Very New England bed and breakfast. A few things didnt work in our room(heat and a lamp). Owner apologetic, but didnt offer different room. Dining room better than average.Staff exceptionally friendly. Excellent jazz trio during dinner.

Our churches women's group had our end of the year banquet here. The food was very good and the staff was great.
