Feedback:

The only reason I booked this place was for the ability to charge my car so that I could make the return trip home. (There are only 2 spots available and apparently anyone can park there in valet area.) After 45 minutes sitting in my car where I was reassured the non-electric car would be moved, I was told that they were too busy and that I should park in the self parking area, which doesn’t have any chargers. Meanwhile, I could check back later to see if the charging spot would open up. At this point, it is 10:15 PM and I am at 31% which would get me less than halfway home in the am. After speaking to at least 6 different people, including 2 managers, the truck was finally moved. Being a hotel guest means absolutely nothing here.
