I would give them a zero if that was an option. I was a good customer to them for three years. I went south for the winter and someone moved into my home and took over the account. When I returned that person moved out and left an outstanding balance on her account. When I asked to get MY service going again I was informed I had to pay her outstanding balance plus a $100 connection fee. So much for rewarding me for being a good customer to them for three years. That is very lousy customer service.

Was fine for awhile, then they switched to digital in september and everything went downhill, have 1.5 mb for the basic internet and cable bundle, download speed went all the way down to 170-180 Kbps and pages take forever to load along with videos. The tv has tiling issues on some channels as well. Had a guy come out and talked to tech support multiple times and said they did everything on their end, which is bs. We did the upgraded speed trial for a week and hell if it made a difference. The only suggestion they recommend we do at this point is.. you guessed it, upgrade! Not to mention its to a plan which includes a useless landline (our house only uses cell phones) for $150. Good to know that being a local company doesnt necessarily mean better.

Over priced and under speed for the price you pay. Bill's very in cost monthly....NO BANNER posted on their website during outages. Tech support isn't properly informed of outages.Yes the website can be accessed via smartphone....way to FAIL Omnitel.Forced into checking out wireless options like LTD broadband and Router12 network. Say goodbye to your Monopoly Omnitel.I might even put up a repeater!

They are expensive, make you buy a phone line you won't use, and don't work with you at all. I hope you don't work Monday through Thursday because they won't do anything outside of business hours. For us they said they would do automatic withdrawal, but it never works, but they don't send bills only final notices on Saturdays that give you until 9 am on Monday to pay (but you can't pay on weekends) or they shut you off and charge a fee to restart. By far the worst company I've ever worked with, if there was any other provider, I would drop omnitel in a heartbeat.

I have pros and cons with Onmitel. let's start with the pros.ProsLocal companyGreat Internet serviceInstallers are aways on timeGreat local storesSome of the employees have great customer serviceConsPrices are too damn high for services I wantLot of the employees have vary bad commuting skillsInstall price is way too high " Just to run a jack and coax, also don't let me forget about installing devices."Half of the installers didn't know what the hell they were doing, some of the time I had to help them. "And they won't let me work for them????? I also have more knowledge then "some" of the installers. Lol" TV service sometime sucks, comes in and out.They focus way too much on there Internet service"which is not really a big deal. They just need to focus more on there TV service now instead of the fiber optic, unless they are running IPTV-(Internet protocol television)."Over all the pros and cons are facts but still opinions. I would recommend them over any satellite company. They just need to work on the small stuff that makes a big difference for everyone in the local community.That's why I give them a four three star.

I've had my service with them for 5 months now and I have had 0 issues. The staff is great, and the guy who installed it was very friendly and very helpful, I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!! And an extra bonus, its very easy to contact them if you have any problems or questions!!
