Good friendly company to work with. No issues up until the end. Be VERY careful about the 'Auto renewal' term on the contract. Automatically locks you into another 36 months. I'm no longer using their service but still getting charged $348. Aweosme way to do business.

Service and quality is good. Responsive to emails. After three years of paying for the service, a hefty and unnecessarily punitive termination fee left a bad taste in my mouth. Most people are better off using something like Fiverr.

On-Hold Concepts is a great company to work with. They provided my company with music on hold and advertising on hold. We were using a canned system that was very generic. I reached out to On-Hold and they designed a script for us that really highlights our business and sounds so good to our customers that are holding. They were so fast to work with and they do all the work. My rep check out our website and sent me a suggested script and it was amazing. No work on my part. It sounds professional and is so nice to have something specific about who we are and our products and services when people are holding. Thank you for your great service.

Great local company. We have been using them for years for our on hold messaging. Lisa and her team keep our message updated and relevant. Very affordable way to get your message out to those that are ready to buy. Appreciate the great service over the years. Highly recommend these guys.

We used to have radio and CD music played while putting our customers on hold on our telephone. And that was very unprofessional. Now we have Woodstock Media (previously On-Hold Concepts) not only take care of all the on-hold messages with the right BGM, they remind us also to update our messages on regular bases. Thank you for your great messages to make us be more professional.
