We got Matt Grice up for a visit several months before we put our property on the market. Matt gave us some great tips on preparing the house for sale and a pricing estimate. He arrived with some professional documentation, comparable sales and some nice coffee sachets in a black branded box. Other agents we interviewed provided good information too, but Matt’s presentation was the most professional and comprehensive.We compared the marketing the other agencies offered, and once again, OneAgency had the edge. The photos and videos of our property were excellent, another huge tick.
