Wow I was actually thinking about going to apply there, but now it makes me want to switch my carrier to Verizon. My husband makes more than enough to sustain our family. I simply thought a job would be a great way to get out of the house but I’m glad I didn’t waste my time and honestly this just makes t-mobile look pathetic. Apparently this is the best they can do. Definitely not applying here and definitely definitely gunna switch carriers. I don’t like companies who steal.

Want in today for an interview and the lady i interviewd with was not fit to be in that office for the things she say to me thank, God i didn't get the job don't want to work here anyway. How u can tell someone to wear clothes what they dont have like u really. This is why people do what they do people like me looking for work but then not giving people a try out it sucks I will never tell no one bout this job. ???????

Feedback:

The recruiter at the Brandon location on Broadway was very unprofessional... She told me that I can't sell and sales isn't for me then proceeded to tell me about her nursing career and basically said if I can do this so can you... And as I was leaving the office she said I need to get some confidence. The way these things were said wasn't in a way of encouragement I felt very insulted.

I just quit working here. At first my hours were completely different during the interview. It wasn't until the day of training they said this was NOW a Wed-Sun schedule. So, I told myself I'd tough it out, do these hours and wait until January until i can switch. So.. I waited. Then the commission structure changed, then a new location was opened and all new hires are getting $2 more than the other location. I made commission. I did what I was supposed to do and got alot of "boxes" a day but that getting LESS than new hires was really unsettling. So...I continued my patience. Until I got wrote up for going 3 seconds over my 10 minute break (which their computers taking forever to come back up wasn't to be blamed at all.) THEN I got babysat and monitored constantly while newbys weren't getting ANY sales. So really confused by why that was. It all was just annoying and got old real quick. If your desperate or 18-20 you'll like it here.

I've been with OTD for 2 years now as a QA Specialist and I LOVE WORKING THERE! It's a fun place and I love the fact that I'm able to work with people to help them improve and develop! Management is great and they make sure that everyone is taken care of! It's flexible and it's great to be able to make up your time when you're not able to come in to work! Nichole the site director and everyone in management are awesome!!

This was an email I sent as a response to Chris Reed at One Touch Direct. He sent me an email asking me why I left and why it didn’t work out. Below is my response. Here’s hoping you have time to read all this. I don’t plan on holding back anything or sugar coating. Working at One Touch Direct for my brief amount of time was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had in my life. For a company who says they “put their people first” after working there for less than a month, it was apparent this place did not care for their employees. I was promised a Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm job for 15 an hour. Two days before training started we had gotten a phone call saying we would be Tuesday to Saturday from 10-7 for only 12. My husband works 3 jobs, two on weekends and one during the week. I also have a two year old son. His daycare is only open Monday to Friday from 7am til 6pm. The disregard this company has for MY child, the fact I need to be there for him, One Touch doesn’t care about people with kids. I wasn’t making enough money at 12 an hour for my husband to quit one of his weekend jobs. I needed a job badly and Robert Jackson the recruiter knew it. I also have friends in Buffalo,NY. A single man with no kids to care for, was doing THE SAME EXACT JOB AS ME(in T-Mobile) and he was working Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 for 15 an hour. And here I am, doing the same job, for less money with worse hours? When I addressed this, I was told “If you’re not happy you better hand in your two weeks notice.” That’s what I was told. Nicole, the site manager, said if we came to all of our training and were on time, we would receive a 3 dollar incentive, bringing us to 15 an hour until January 6th. When we got our first paychecks on December 28th, our checks were short TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. ON THE FIRST CHECK. We were told that “that money will be in your next check.” So I have to wait two more weeks for the money that was designated for bills on the 28th????? That’s pretty messed up. The place was a disorganized mess. Richard, our trainer, was on his cell phone the entire time. Texting his wife. Checking Facebook. But I saw people get fired for being on their phones. “Do as I say, not as I do” right? I saw supervisors on the call floor, taking Snapchat videos with stupid filters. Shouldn’t your supervisors be leading by example? Elvin, the other trainer who was up in Buffalo doing their training, was watching us “new” folk do our jobs. He would come up and ask us “what are you guys doing?” We would respond “what Richard told us to do.” Elvin would respond “you’re not doing it right.” So why do you have a trainer who is training new people the WRONG WAY? I would not recommend working at One Touch Direct. I did not give two weeks notice when I quit. That place had no respect for me. So why should I have given two weeks notice to a place that didn’t care about me, as an employee. I will be posting this entire review on indeed as well as glass door and zip recruiter.
