I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have worked in other call centres that I loved and this one is by far the absolute worst and most disgusting. The employees are treated so bad and the managers think they are the queen of England or something as if they rule your life. ONLY 3-4 DAYS OF TRAINING BEFORE THEY THROW YOU TO THE WOLVES! They expect you to read the script word for word and they insist that you have a robot tone voice and talk quickly. They have no REAL benefit plan. they always tell the staff they will get a proper plan but they never do it. For every hour you work you get 0.20 cents deposited into an account for your benefit to go towards whatever health issue you want. I would have to work for a whole year no time off to afford one pair of glasses its unreal. the walls DESPERATELY need painted and they need new desks. As I was working desks were falling apart, falling on the floor and headsets did not even have a foam piece over the ears so my ears were very sore and irritated. I have a bad back and they were not willing to give me a better chair just informed me to bring in a pillow. the chairs are the really cheap ones you get at staples for $10-$20 no arms and can barely adjust them. my phone was broken and kept falling off the stand and they told me to not move in my seat. ya okay. They also eyeball you when you go to the bathroom and if your more then 2 minutes they question what you were doing. so glad I quit. WARNING: YOU WILL NEVER MAKE THE $14.50 THAT THEY TELL YOU. EMPLOYEES WILL TELL YOU IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY LIE ON THE ADVERTISEMENTS. YOU ONLY MAKE $12.50 AN HOUR, LUNCH OR YOUR TWO 15 MINUTE BREAKS ARE NOT PAID FOR. THUS YOU ONLY GET PAID 7 HOURS A DAY. EVEN LESS WHEN YOU USE THE BATHROOM.

This place is filthy and the managers are arrogant. I have worked in other call centers and by far, thus is the worst. They give you one week to train and at the end, if they don't like what they see, they find an excuse to terminate you. I was trained for 4 days, was let go because due to "quality". Seriously how much practice can you do in 2 days? The site had mostly female employees and the trainer is a playboy looking for females only.

The place is gross, bathrooms have mold and bugs, they are not cleaned properly. They have mice in the work space and the workplace and safety manager doesn't care or attempt to have it clean up or fixed.

Would never work here again it's been almost a month since my training week and I still have not receive my pay check, it's been a teeth pulling adventure just to get information on my first and last payment. Today I finally got ahold of the receptionist whom has been atthe same spot at here desk since I started. Pretty much the people who hire you are just there for them selfs.. Zero hr support. Zero employe care. Zero compassion. 10\10 would want nothing from this company besides my pay check I am legally intitled too, considering nobody works for Free!!!!
