Trinh was great. She did our family photo shoot a few weeks ago in San Ramon. She was so incredibly patient with our extremely energetic 18 month old and so gentle with our 4 month old! We wanted to take a fun picture of our team for our website, and although we had a rough idea of what we wanted, we had a lot up in the air. Jack came over and in no time knew everyone's name, made our shoot fun, but also took our idea and made it ten times better. They also rolled with the punches since we were taking pictures on a busy, working kitchen and they just saw opportunity instead of worrying about the less than ideal conditions. Would definitely recommend Gene, Jack and their team.

Gene and Nicole were a true pleasure to work with and were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and professional. Nicole was very organized and was able to get our class photo to us with a quick turnaround, even with all of our edits.
