They are so helpful and responsive. They really helped us get our website going and explained everything as we went along. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I started my journey with Ordereze and salesrep Doug Kozar about a year ago. I badly needed to update our website but let the day to day ops of running a restaurant get in the way of following the project through. Doug never forgot about me and would touch base frequently. Fast forward to a week ago, I sent Doug an e-mail and told him that I had to get this done! He responded immediately, and after me having to cancel our phone meeting a couple of times, finally spoke with him on Monday. He introduced me to Annie and by the time we hung up Annie was sending me information via E-mail, and by Tuesday afternoon Annie had a working site for me to look at! They make it so incredibly easy, why I didn't finish this up a year ago is beyond me! Until you work with these folks you don't realize how painless it truly is to get a beautifully designed, professional website up and running fast! Their pricing structure is very doable for a small business like mine and lets face it, you can't afford to operate today without a strong internet presence and a well constructed, navigable website. Great people, amazing customer service, pro-active and quick turnaround. I really feel like they want to help me succeed.

Seemed like a great company to partner with for a website with all the included services. Once the account is set up and running, the service and upkeep is absolutely terrible. Company continues to make mistake after mistake with no explanation or plan for improvement. If you don't watch your site every single day you will experience problems. 0 Stars if it was possible, I would absolutely avoid this company and look for other solutions.

Ordereze, has been our web site host company for over 10 years, We do all of our e-mail post through them also. They have been after us to update our website for a few years, but we have refused. We recentlydecided to make some changes, they were quick to respond. The new changes gives us a lot more ability to make price and menu changes on the fly. We have also signed up for more media monitoring which will help us in our efforts to expand our social media footprint, along with monitoring what our customers have to say about us.They have done a great job for an old customer, hats off to our contact through all this Douglas Kozar.
