If I could I would give this company ZERO stars. At the least I can say at there customer service Manager "Jessica" is completely unprofessional and Rude. She doesn't not know how to speak with customers. Has very poor communication skills and is a very poor choice as a Company representative. Original Impressions needs to hire new staff ASAP. 99% of the staff does not speak nor understand any type of English what so ever. Anytime I order book from their ERJ department there is always some type of miscommunication and I never get what I need on time. ORIGINAL IMPRESSION NEEDS TO HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP
