This is nothing more than a sweat shop. They try and invite you to "all day" interviews which is actually unpaid training and illegal. The initial interview is 4 to 5 minutes long and they try and sell you a dream!! I applied to a retail position and they offered me a door to door position. Complete waste of time I wish I had done a little research these guys are a joke!! They lie about the pay it's all based off of commission with a small base pay like 10$. So the annual pay they post on the ads are complete lies. And they do not offer actual health benefits as stated another lie. Way to many red flags. If your smart STAY AWAY!!!!

I applied for the job last night, received a voicemail from a non Vegas number today. extremely unprofessional which led me to do some research on the company. I will not be calling for an interview if you cannot even leave a professional voicemail. "Hey whats up this is Luis calling from Ortiz, I would love to get in contact with you call me back at this number i called you from, sooo yea have a good day." I have worked in many offices,medical and IT. This is NOT how you leave a voicemail for an interview. Every review from someone not a "friend" of the company that has left a review and 2 hours of research has shown this company is a pyramid scheme, and people are just in it for the looks and money. This is not a career oriented company.

I had 2 interviews for this company. It was all day long, I absolutely loved the environment & ALL the staff there! They did say I was a " breath of fresh air to the office!" But never received the call to be hired. It's ok...just wasn't right?..
