Not very knowledgeable or helpful. I've been here several times for different things and they were never any real help. The brochures they referred me to from the back of the store are mostly outdated and irrelevant. In a few of the brouchures I got about wineries in the area, many of the places listed were out of business and permanently closed. It always feels like they don't want to take the time to help me so they would rather act like they don't know anything.
