Mark was extremely helpful with me in finding a pair of boots I really wanted. It is very hard finding the Salomon boots being sold in stores or outlets unless it is a Salomon outlet itself. This was the only place I wouldn't have to drive 3 hours to to get them, only a 30 minute drive. As I said Mark was very kind, professional, and if I decide to get a different type of Salomon boots he said he would be willing to order them to the store and get them for me with 2 day shipping, but I was very happy with the boots I did acquire because most Salomon boots are pretty top.
