Horrible, they dont know how to notorize a title. She said the buyer has to sign to notorize the signature. They are notorizing my signature as the owner and seller. I want my title notorized when I list a vehicle for sale due to the simple fact that most sells occur after business hours when they are closed, she needs to go back to her class to understand this

So went up to the tag agency and I had run my card to get a tag renewed, I had over 100 dollars in the bank and the ran my card twice and told me that it was declined but now my account is now at 3 dollars, not very happy, when I told them that I didnt received my card in the mail for a reminder, the lady was rude and said that wasnt an issue on our end and that she didnt control the post mail.

I didn't want to give up my original insurance card so the lady was very rude and said she would just. Ake a copy and charge me a dollar. Rude and greedy charge a dollar for a copy.

Called they gave me a price, waited over 30 minutes and then charged me $50 more dollars. I was clear with my needs over the phone. The lady acted like she didn’t care. Horrible!

I went in at 4:30pm, which appeared to be their busiest time, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The usual customer service you get at tag agencies (especially right before they close) is not very polite and they are ready to get out of there. This was absolutely not the case here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful that I will always use this location for future needs.

Arrived at tag agency at 4:45pm. Sign on door said they closed at 5:30pm. When I walked up to the door an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed. When i pointed out the hours were till 5:30pm she said well we closed early. I won't be back to this location.

Absolutely un professional at this DMV! Make a quick call for information they stumble on the phone laugh tell me the hold and never come back to the Phone.
