The intial experience with PR Enviromental was good. Paul came out promptly to provide me an estimate. After signing his proposal he took longer then expected to begin the job, he stated it was weather related, which is understandable. The job took about a week and seemed to be well done, with the exception of the condition of the yard. Only about 50% of the yard has grown back. I called Paul several times and he asked me to give it some time, which I did. When no additional grass had come in I called again and requested he spread some more seed and straw. I then sent him a check for his final draw and no one has returned to address the lawn. At this point he does not return my calls. For almost 20,000 dollars worth of work I was suprised how unwilling he was to complete the job to satisfaction and leave on a good note.

Paul removed a concrete septic tank that was beginning to crumble and replaced it with a new polyethylene tank. He also added filters, replaced baffles, and extended trench cleanouts to be at grade (rather than below). Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank. Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day. The work looks neat and well done. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade. The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't. Pricing was competitive. Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time.

Paul and PR Environmental did a great job with our sloped, difficult to access backyard septic renovation. His crew of Tom, Jim and Pedro were precise, fast and cleaned up beautifully.
