They’re always booked MONTHS out and the front desk staff is extremely rude. The doctors themselves are excellent. Whoever answers the phone every time I call is always rude and condescending.

Truly the WORST doctors office I have ever dealt with. The staff at the front desk are always pretty rude. I don't think they care about their patients at all! I was there at the lab for blood work (the lab tech was great) and I asked a nurse if I could have my blood pressure taken. I had recently given birth to twins and had been dealing with high blood pressure and anxiety since. She would not take my BP and proceeded to tell me that I needed to have an appt! To take my BP? Seriously!? Now I am trying to get medical records from them and they are telling me it will take 5 weeks.....Off to find a new doctors office where they care!!

Love the doctors, especially Ms. Kressey. Always listens and is very helpful. I have been a patient about 20+ years. I also love that there is a lab for bloodwork right on the premises. Unfortunately, I have to agree that the front desk staff can be a bit unfriendly and unprofessional. I don't know why such wonderful doctors have such a hard time finding good front desk staff. But I put up with it cause I love the doctors.

I have been going to PR Family Medicine for over 25 years. Always felt welcomed and professionally taken care of. After major surgery last summer and seeing 5 or 6 different specialist in 3 states who did not coordinate with each other, Dr Papoi, took control of my recovery meds, pain management and physical therapy, and got me on a path to wellness. Ya!, I am going to stall with P R Family Medicine

I have never had a bad experience in over two years of going to this practice. I love that I can get labs done early morning instead of having to go to Lab corp and that Andrea takes the time to talk to me about whatever is on my mind. Head and shoulders above any other practice I've visited in the many years I"ve lived in MD
