I was traumatized after visiting this store. I ran in very quickly to send a package that was very important and needed to go out before a certain time that day. I happily said hello and asked about the time of pick up and was overwhelmingly and vocally grateful and relieved when I was told I still have time! The two people behind the counter were busy helping another guest so I stepped off to the side to wait, and there was 2 rolls of tape sitting there and I genuinely assumed they were there for the customer to use if needed. So being in a hurry I picked up one roll to apply the prepaid label onto the front of my package. I only needed maybe 1 ft of tape to attach a small label to the front of a small package. And was almost immediately very harshly reprimanded “there’s a $4 charge for tape. Please don’t touch my tape without asking” and I was directly to sign I had previously not seen that stated such. However the cost of $4 for such a small item/amount of tape was so outrageous to me, I honestly couldn’t tell if he was joking with me! I even asked if they were kidding, but when I saw the sign I realized it was true. I felt completely awful because I would never break the rules or take advantage of someone or something like that intentionally, but their response and attitude towards me and my completely innocent mistake literally made me sick to my stomach and I had to leave right away because I was on the verge of tears. I am now driving 10 minutes out of the way to ship my package somewhere else, but still in shock and completely miserable after the treatment I just received. I will never ever go back to that place, and hope no body else ever has that kind of experience there. It was just horrible. I’m so sad.

Very friendly service, they do the job, and just an all around convenient place to get stuff done. I really appreciate Mike, the owner, and Linda up front is helpful and kind. I use this store almost every day for packing and shipping packages. They remembered me from day one, and it’s a pleasure to have a close relationship with the staff. Five stars for customer service and ease of business.

I called the day before to make sure I had all the necessary information to get my wife’s fingerprints done. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a frantic older women. as she was doing the fingerprinting she was yelling at my wife constantly and making the experience completely frustrating. she also was accepting fingerprints that the software was saying was not good enough. eventually my wife told her we wanted a refund and walked out. she started arguing with me who was telling her to issue a refund, and she stated she can’t do so. I then said to get the owner on the phone for a refund and she kept yelling at us. she finally got the owner on the phone and told him that we were rude and wanted a refund. she needs to be trained on how to do the fingerprinting or have someone else do so. she clearly was not comfortable with technology or working alone. I’ve done fingerprinting multiple times before, and even took a course in school for it. Smudged prints are no good and that’s all she was accepting. DO NOT COME HERE, especially if you’re the younger generation. She was completely disrespectful, and yelling at me and my wife who are adults as if we were children just because we were younger than her. I’m 25 and my parents raised me to have respect for my elders but when someone who is an elder forgets respect goes both ways it disgusts me.

Wow, I saw the negative comments and that is not my experience at all, nor the woman that recommended me. They are very nice and after just 1 day knew my box number and they see me coming and get it ready. Very simple and easy to deal with. I am allowed to leave my business cards on the table they have there. The owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming, sorry you guys have had a bad experience. I have chatted with the woman that works there many times and she is very sweet.

IGNORE OLD REVIEWS - This store has a new owner now. I visited the place for the first time today. The reviews gave me pause so thought I'd check it out myself. New owner is very nice and helpful and distressed about the former owner's reviews. Give them a chance. I think you'll be happy.

EXTREMELY NICE! Place has a NEW OWNER. The rude lady is long gone. So you can disregard the old outdated comments about the crotchety lady. The new owner is very nice and helpful. P.S. I have nothing to do with this business. Just a Lighthouse Point resident who wanted to help them out because these reviews are unfair to the new owner.
