Carmen is the most unprofessional agent I have EVER dealt with. On my last visit to try and sort thing out on my policies, she slammed down her phone (we had been on hold with the carrier), abruptly stood up and YELLED at me while I calmly sat in the chair opposite her desk. Her anger escalated when I brought to her attention that she was incorrect in her statement and that she is the one that put my policies in a jumbled mess. Carmen became so angered she was shaking as she yelled at me in her office and then apologized that she was having personal issues that was making her aggravated. I can't prove anything at this point, but I can be almost certain that she is the reason Foremost is canceling my home policy and as per the letter I received - unsigned by anyone - "unfortunately we do not have a replacement policy to offer. You will need to seek coverage for this property elsewhere". WOW!
