This was my 4th stay at Palacio in 1 year and I have stayed in numerous condos there for 5 years. This Condo should be off the rental market. The furniture is old and smelly, minimum kitchen supplies, and only 2 chairs on the balcony for a condo that sleeps 4 people! I love Perdido Key but will not return to Palacio.

I have stayed at Palacio twice. The rooms are each different and have different owners. Fortunately, both of our rooms were very nice and updated. The amenities are nice and clean. It has a nice pool and a heated pool for the colder months.

Very crowded. Elevator situation is horrible. You will spend all day waiting on them. The staff is friendly. Condos are clean. Get down to the beach early to reserve chairs.
