Overall Feedback:

Horrible customer service. I completed the form on their website to see if they could help us with our Amazon Product Listings and Order Fulfillment. I received a 4 word response - from their president nonetheless. No effort to engage with us or understand the needs of our company. Needless to say I won't bother trying to work with them and we will take our business elsewhere.
