We enjoyed the quaint 2 bedroom apt. and would rent it again. We only wished it had a screened porch. Great attention was given to decor including good bed linens and really nice bedspread. Air conf. was really good on 90 degree hot, humid days.

Great location to Port St.Joe and Mexica beach. Very close to several beaches, restaurants. Loved this cottage, very clean. We had a pool right in front of our cottage. We will defiantly come back and stay in the Barefoot Cottages.

We stayed at Sunrise Sunset B5. There is no beach access at this beachfront townhome. The stairs were removed several weeks ago and have not been replaced. Some of my family members are disabled and were not able to get to the beach at all. We were not told about this before we arrived and are very dissatisfied.

Keep in mind that the company will only post reviews of your stay in your chosen rental if your review was positive. Negative reviews do not make it....we rented a unit Sunrise/sunset B-5; Cape San Blas....(an area we LOVE). The pictures on the overview showed a wide beach....the beach is no longer there...there is a sea wall that completely surrounds the building. At the lowest tide we could not walk in front of the unit without getting our feet wet. Yes, it is beach front as advertised....but,no place to put our chairs,On the day we arrived a woman slipped on the stairs going down to the beach, broke her leg in 2 places. This is your access to the beach...the stairs lean precariously and are, more often than not, wet. There is no warning sign.There is a sign on the right side of the building, warning you that you must use the fore mentioned condo stairs...going around the building on the right is trespassing on that particular lot. We met the owner of the lot on the left side of building A, he was kind enough to allow us to use his lot for our beach access and gear...I wrote a lengthy review of the property...including remarks about needed maintenance and cleaning....I am not terribly picky when renting a beach unit...I understand how difficult it is for owners to stay on top of everything....but, cleanliness is important to me...this was grubby....old grubby...After writing the review, I received a call from the company....she assured me that the last time she had been to the unit, there was a wide beach....must have been before the sea wall was built, completely surrounding the units. She blamed it on tides and rain...really? When I suggested a sign warning folks of the dangerous stairs, her response was that the homeowners had to do that....I hope they have good insurance! The overview should mention that there may be no beach. Renters should be able to make that decision....I have rented several times from Paradise over the last 15 years... I have had mostly good experiences...however, there have been several problems before....

We have been renting from Paradise for a decade. The service and care we have received from them is exceptional. They take a personal interest in their renters and respond to needs immediately. An example being our microwave went out, we called, and an hour later a new microwave was in our kitchen. Another example, we found a mattress to be not firm enough for us. We called Ashley, who was to our condo an hour later. He checked out the mattress, apologized, and within two days a new mattress was delivered. We have NEVER had anything but excellent care from Paradise. I find the other reviews confusing, as our experiences have been nothing but wonderful. This realty company takes excellent, personal care of their renters.

Just doesn't seem to care that much about you once they have your money. Too many other options out there to not get the satisfaction you deserve.Rented house in 2016, washing machine didn't work. No offer to reimburse from rent, or for Laundromat, checked in Saturday, wasn't fixed until Thursday. Loved the house so much, decided to rent again in 2017, AC couldn't keep up, got up to 90 degrees during the day inside, was told first that we were turning it below 72 (says on thermostat not to) which we weren't, then were told 'it's how outside, it just can't keep up'There's too many other brokers out there, pass this one by.

Perfect Family vacation! Sea Palms provided everything we could want in a vacation home. The views were amazing, location perfect and the house amazing. We will book again!
