Astral Artists has been fortunate to find great partners in Paragraph. Their team is a true extension of our office. Our marketing, branding, messaging, and brand awareness has dramatically increased since our work together began 4 years ago. Our experience with Paragraph was terrible. The work product we received looked like the work of children. The attached picture is what $6000 got us. Unfortunately, the owner Bob A., doesn’t care if you are satisfied. We paid $3600 and then they sued us for the rest. Such wonderful people. We wasted money and feel taken advantage of.

We have been lucky enough to have worked with Paragraph since 2002. They have designed several versions of our web site, patiently and creatively updating the site over the past 17 years. Paragraph has provided several print, postcard and online advertising campaigns, always keeping them fresh and memorable. Their ideas are stand out and their fees have always justified themselves with new business through their brand strengthening talent. We highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to work with them into the future.

It is truly a pleasure to work with Paragraph! Everyone from the Paragraph team is wonderful, and we continue to work on various projects together for now two companies. They are very professional and deliver everything that they promise in an organized and timely fashion -- we always guided and properly informed throughout the process. We love the end results of our re-brand and new websites and have received many compliments on their work. They genuinely care about our success and do their best to help us improve our brand.

I've known the Paragraph team for several years, since I was a summer intern back in 2005. Bob and the team are extremely talented, friendly, and it's always great to talk shop or discuss about what's happening in the local design community.As VP of AIGA Philadelphia, I approached Bob to host a tour for our students. Bob and Brad worked their magic, helping me organize the event and hosting our students. I learned a lot from working there and I enjoy following their work, so I was very proud to pass on the experience to our design students. The feedback from the group was extremely positive, both for their work and for their warm reception. They are a fantastic agency and their people are as great as their work.

We've been working with Paragraph for several years now. Our relationship is unique in that we are actually on the vendor end of the relationship. Their file preparation is always well done. If they treat us as well as they do (and technically they don't have to since we're they're vendor), I can only imagine the star treatment they give their clients. I see a lot of graphic design and marketing content in my profession ...and theirs is always top notch and fresh. Go with them- you won't regret it!
