Purchasing a home is one of the most stressful experiences, but working with Jen, Denise, and Corry at Park Avenue Title Agency made the experience so much easier for me. I started with one mortgage lender, but the appraisal came in too low so I had to switch banks mid-process. Park Avenue Title helped me through the transition and worked with the new bank to make sure everything was in order for settlement. Despite having to start the mortgage process over with a new bank, with Park Avenue Title’s help I was still able to close on my home on the originally scheduled settlement date! Any time I had a question, which was often, Park Avenue Title was always responsive and I would have an answer the same day. And when I had follow up questions weeks after closing, Park Avenue Title continued to treat me with the same attentiveness and courtesy as during the process. It was truly a pleasure to work with Park Avenue Title Agency!
