The building is otherwise nice and the staff are friendly except for one person, but besides that there's really nothing for this library.The internet is slow and painful and if you come with a laptop, or use the computers available expect to be sitting there for five to ten minutes waiting for a three minute video to fully load on YouTube. What kind of public business establishment has a download speed of 200 kb/s? That's awful. You could purchase an internet connection in your house for $20 and get a higher speed than that.
