Rent is reasonable and the community is nice. I’ve been waiting a few days to have my broken freezer fixed though.

The place is lovely and I was attended by Ashlee King, who has great customer service and is a great professional. She will definitely answer all your questions and give you the best advice. The other members in the staff also greet you with a smile.

Extremely disorganized. Staff NOT helful. I ordered maintenance and they take over a month. Then when they need something from you, they give you a notice and expect you to have it done the next day, if not they'll charge you.

A condescending leasing agent was not very welcoming or informative (light skinned curly dark hair). If that is this company's first impression it in not a very good one. Discouraged to go back to this location. Please hire people who do not mind answering questions about the property they applied for.
