We happened to drive by and found this place on a drive out to Florence. This community is located in Pinal county and during the walk-through we were informed the monthly HOA is $124. Keep in mind that there is a water park and trails available for its residents to use...you may want to inquire on how the water park is tied into your purchase (is there an additional payment or is it unlimited daily use? Hours and dates of operation? etc.)The community looks beautiful and model homes were quite nice. We prefer the option of 3- or 4-car garages; however, this developer didn't have these options other than a 3-car tandem option. One thing we did notice was the water residue in the sinks and toilet left the porcelain stained; we weren't certain if this was due to the quality of the water and when asked, the agent couldn't explain the cause.

I liked it well enough to buy a home there! Great amenities, but the HOA fee is $124 per month. I think it is worth it. Staff are great. Residents are friendly. Homes are very nice and quite well designed. You can go through design process and have one built. You choose what you want.

Homes are nice. Customer service is very slow to respond and almost impossible to deal with. They would much rather be building homes. Sun City is much nicer with very elegant amemities for only a few bucks more. Pulte cares much more about Sun City. No kids there either. Think twice about moving to Sun City a lot more to do than Parkside for afults.

Love it, moving there in July. Moved into our home July 27th. The BEST experience. Be sure to ask for Rickey Nunn as your field manager. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. He kept us in loop at all times and always available for any questions we had.
