I’ve been with Park way for over 20 years. It was Great service until the New management took over the office. Poor communication. They let a policy lapse and didn’t try to find another policy to replace my old one. I left several messages on different occasions with no return phone calls. I do have a current policy with same agency. Sad to say they have not met my current needs and customer service. So I will be moving on when it’s renewal time.
