Very unreliable service. We have been dealing back and forth with them for 6 months about how bad the connection was. Our internet wouldn’t work after 8pm almost every single night. Finally decided to call and cancel after constantly having to call and our our bill randomly went up and we could get service for over $30 cheaper a month. When we called to cancel, they told us the bill did not go up and was the same every month, when I said that was not true that it went up she said that we had requested to up our package which we never did. We told her we were done dealing with the back and forth and them having to come out frequently to check the service. She then proceeded to tell us that we haven’t had anyone come out to service since 2017. We have had 2 separate people come out and work on the dish and check our service over the last four months and she tried to tell us that was not true. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with their communication but the experience was more than frustrating. It’s not worth $87 a month for service that rarely works.
