Great gym. Very clean and organized.

Very well equipped gym with zero judgment. How many times can you go to a gym and be the youngest person there? Actually, most of the young people are in the free weight room. And I imagine many young people go earlier or later than I go. But during my time frame, approximately 9 a.m. on weekdays, the room with Nautilus machines, treadmills & elliptical trainers it's filled with seniors.

Gym is nice. Consistently doing renovations. Staff is not always inclined to help. The hours more serve people who are not working. Also can't lift with blouse off you AD folks.
