I am so happy to have Patrick as my agent, he was so helpful when my Son suddenly passed away. Also when we had to find new health coverage when the new laws came into effect. He has also helped me anytime I needed insurance advice. Very Honest and so nice to us. I've had State Farm for over 45 years and he is one of the best agents I've ever had. Thanks Patrick and your staff!

I would give them a 0 if it was possible. They have totaled my car but not cancelled my policy, then drafted my account for months and refused a refund to us. When I was divorcing after 30 years, even though I set up the policy, they refused to release my cars to a separate policy because my husband's name was on the insurance policy before mine. (Husband Name and Wife Name Last Name).They have threatened to cancel my policy because my ex husband was very rude and screaming to them at the phone. I hadn't lived with him for over a year and they were aware of that.Most recently refused to take a complaint against their office and insisted that they had always been fair to us..."more than fair because they had to deal with my ex."I've been with State Farm for over 30 years and am looking for a new agent.

They are dishonest and don't know their own policies and procedures. Switching agents has saved us money and head aches.
