My family and I used this company for about 16 years, till last year where one of the employees there open a policy on my name for someone else while I was on vacation and without my autorization, this same employee also cancel my parents policy’s without no ones saying and messed up my sister vin number so she was without insurance for a whole month! Needless to say that all of my family switch to Allstate, we used to love them but that was too many mistakes and we suppose to be covered and feel secure with our insurance! I still love Jeff tho! He is the best in that office and he has the best costumer service there is! We will miss him! P.S. don’t use this place for insurance.
