This agent's team is rude and condescending via telephone. They also require multiple requests of the same service item before it is actually handled. Barb is not friendly and Cheryl takes your request without any further action.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! As a 19 year loyal customer of Paul Gentillini I changed as a cost saving measure. They refused to return a full year of mortgage insurance ( $1,800) even though I have record of having insurance from another company. I guess they aren't like the good neighbor they claim to be. Stay Clear of this group. less than 1 star.

Paul and his staff have always gone the extra mile over the 30 years I have done business with his agency. In that time, my wife and I have had several car accidents, three roof replacements (due to severe storms in my area), and four children who were and still are insured by his agency. I began using State Farm in 1988 with The Ron Runck Agcy. Paul was a “newby” back then. We have been nothing but happy with them the entire time and our family uses them as well. We have literally all of our coverages with State Farm because they can take care of all our needs. Our rates remain competitive, the customer service is outstanding. I recommend them whenever I have the opportunity. Keep up the fantastic work!
