I have been a customer for 8 or so year's never filed a claim but when I did for my roof due to storm damage I was informed that my deductible went up $1,000 dollars due to me not have there auto insurance which was switched to save money on my auto insurance. So just so you know if you pay this company thousands of dollars dollars over the years and never ask for anything that is how they thank you.With being said the staff is friendly and helpful. Just not sure about that policy

Just became a member of State Farm and everyone there including the guy named Jess and Paul both are great to me and very very kind and courteous would definitely tell anyone looking for automobile insurance or any other insurance to go give them a check out first before going anywhere else I did I guarantee you you won't regret it

Employees are nice, but they were fixing to charge me a higher than North Carolina standard rates, even tho my husband and I had zero accidents or tickets for over 20+ years
