CHELLE CATES PHOTOGRAPHY! Be very careful! Chelle takes amazing pictures, however, she is not at all good at the business end. It took over 4 months to get our pictures. We took pictures in late August and I didn't get anything back until right before Christmas and only because I begged. I actually had to threaten to show up at our house to get our payment back. What really upset me is she used her son as an excuse. After going through something very similar with my niece, it absolutely and completely disturbs me.
