I love this insurance agency. Carrie and the group go above and BEYOND to help in anyway you may need. They are completely their for the customer and will battle to get you the best price and make sure all your needs are covered!!! Cannot say enough about the group of people of there!!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY !! They check my rates on every renewal, I can get anything done on the fly with just a e-mail or phone call & they answer all my questions (in a timely manner). I had an accident recently and they not only set everything up for me they worked out the scenarios and options discussed everything with me ! I have also had great coverage and customer service with Citizens / The Hanover Insurance Group, through Peabody!! can't say enough!

Did not respond to a quote that they had been “working” on for me. Simply said they can’t help me instead of helping finding ways around the situation. I’ll take my business insurance elsewhere for now.
