Absolutely the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order and delivered them the embroidery files and they kept me waiting for a "call back" for over two weeks. Every time I called, their vice-president, Giancarlo, was too busy to take my call and answer questions about why my order was taking so much longer than they said it would. When I finally got a hold of someone, they tried to tell me that my design was thousands of more stitches than what I knew that it was (two weeks in and they hadn't even started). When I called out their lie to try and charge me more, they quickly changed their tone and gave me a new correct price.. So I decided to go with another rival company in the area and the service I received from them was fantastic and professional, unlike Peacock Embroidery. I would honestly give Peacock LESS stars if I could.
