They are extremely rude and VERY unprofessional!! I was told to call back with information they needed. They didn't answer the phone for 3 days!!! When I finally got through, I was told I was too late, and they were out of funds. She then proceeded to tell me to call back in 3 days to see if there were any changes, but not to hold my breath! How professional is that!?!
