I live near this building. There is Penndot Truck # 974-4034 sitting in the parking lot, and its car alarm goes off continuously all hours of the day and night. This is a major disturbance to me and my neighbors, and it's been happening for months. Please, Penndot, do something about the faulty alarm on this vehicle!8/22/17 UPDATE: Thank you, Penndot, for promptly addressing this!

This office is one of the most professional and helpful organizations I have ever dealt with. I needed to speak with the environmental department and not only did they answer my questions and acted in a most professional manner, but they also were truly concerned with my issues...minor as they may have been. This is they way government should be run.

After 25 years in professional employment and 10+ years of government employ, I never spoke to a more dysfunctional individual than Chandra Scott who works in the Records Research area. This person was not only the rudest person I ever encountered, they were completely incapable of any level of coherent help. There is no excuse for the way I was treated, everyone today is overworked and under appreciated. It is know wonder the public sector feels the way they do about government employees after spending 5 minutes on the phone with this person!! What an embarrassment!
