Not a very honest company...upon termination decided that they were not going to pay out my vacation. Extremely poor communication between office staff,supervisors and production employees. Was told that bonuses would not be handed out because nobody in the company in the last five years had paid any attention to rising costs of steel and aluminum which I find rather hard to believe. Poor wages, things are only looked at if someone gets hurt. And also forgot an extremely high amount of racist employees......well here's an update, because persona chose not to respond to the state's submission of my filing for unemployment now I'm getting a request for back payment of the one payment I recieved. Seems fair that I should be held responsible for persona's lack of paying attention.
