I paid over $1100 for my horse to be cremated only to have him returned in a garbage bag and a cardboard box taped up. It was the most hurtful and disrespectful thing I’ve ever saw being I’ve had my horse for over 17 years. I’ve had horses cremated before but only through Regency Forest and they came back in a beautiful wood box with silk lined pillows and a hinged top. I’ll never use this place again and really wish I didn’t go off the hospital’s recommendation.

Last week we lost our dog in a car accident. The vet gave us this agency to have her cremation done. I thought about going to other places, but ultimately stuck with this one. I’m so glad I did. From start to finish they made a very rough experience into a more tolerable one. They were very accommodating. There was no extra fee to pick our beloved Skai up from the vet. They Had her very well prepped for a viewing service that we did today (Saturday). They gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye. We weren’t rushed. Demian made sure that our baby was very well treated, handling her with care. He even let the kids stand on a chair in order to pet Skai one last time. They gave our children charms which brought their spirits up. 3 hours after the viewing, we had her remains in a tin urn. Great temporary place for her. The receptionist was very kind. They were able to make a difficult time easier on us. My wife and I loved their level of service.

Avoid this place, this is the worst place... I don’t know much about pet crematory since this was the first time... I did the process through the hospital they told me I was going to get a plain urn... I decided to look for one myself... I had the hospital approve for me to go pick up my pet ashes because I didn’t want to deal with the transferring of ashes to a different urn.... I had called to let them know and they told me it was fine.... when I went to pick them up the lady was so rude I asked her if they could transfer the ashes for me because I had already called she tell me she was by herself and the guy that did it wasn’t there...I asked her what time he comes in.... she told me get a funnel and figure it out... REALLY after I had to driver an hour and a half and had payed 400 hunder dollar they couldnt even do that for me..... I could’ve just had it sent to the hospital that’s five minutes away for me.... after she told me that she just went back to her little cubicle to sit down like nothing. Worst place ever!!!

I read some of the negative reviews, but my family and I have had a very positive experience. We had our beloved dog, Magenta, cremated, and her ashes were returned in a lovely box with a card with sympathies. We were not there for the cremation, and I hope they treated her with respect. But she was given back respectfully and with a lot of care.

$400 later they returned my pet back in a what resembles a cookie tin. Such a disrespectful way to return a member of my family back to me. I would never deal with a vet that does business with them again.

They were very kind when I was inconsolable at the immediate loss of my dog. The man that actually cremates the pets was one of the nicest people.
