Terrible. After getting auto insurance through Pete himself, I feel cheated and that he completely ripped me off. He gave me a quote for auto insurance which seemed reasonable, so I signed up. When I received the first bill from the insurance company, it was about twice as much as listed in the quote. When I reached out to him to resolve the matter, his response was "it's business". I'm never again getting insurance through him or his agency.
